Wow. Pardon me for my ignorance, but can you tell me or provide some links as to what I am seeing here? I could tell at one point I was watching DNA being cut up and do understand the concept of bond/acceptor sites, but other than that mostly "light show". Thanx for the link
You see cell surface receptors clustering, lipid rafts forming to faciliate signaling, actin microfilaments polymerizing and reshaping to move things in the cell in response, microtubules forming to provide structural reinforcement, endosomes forming being tethered, and transferred down filaments into endoplasmic reticulum-associated structures.
These processes are being depicted in the time scale they'd occur in a cell.
