September 10th Thinking

As of September 10th, 2001, the Pentagon was unable to account for $2.3 trillion dollars of expenditures.

Since then, Everything Changed, as the Serious people in Washington tell us.

The Pentagon stopped counting.

Besides, they know where it all went anyway.
