More reliable people saw the airliner as it came down on the Pentagon- right?

There's overwhelming evidence he was, if only by not acting on the information Tenet, Clarke, and FBI agents gave him.
A sin of willful omission is involvement.
As far as what else went down that day- where are the bodies and wreckage of Flight 77 and 93?.
Nothing of either was ever recovered- or it remained unclassified if it was.
Who's being protected from what?
