How does the United States decide who is a threat and why, after seven years, can this nation not do a better job of answering basic questions about detainees once held under U.S. custody?

Obviously, if a man thinks he's Napoleon, he's not driving with all his wheels on the road.
But if the D,o'D. propaganda machine wants to say Napoleon would have aspired to be like the Special Ops Chief who chased the Al Qaeda in Saddam's back yard [hint of the problem: there were no Al Qaeda working with Saddam] and sent all those people to Gitmo, that's sanity!
