The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
Unless, of course, Der Decider decides otherwise.
Abu Gonzales was on a roll today. Since he wouldn't accuse his Congressional budgetary overlords of treason to their face, he accused bloggers of wanting to stop eavesdropping against terrorists. Not true; we simply want the judciary oversight Bu$hCo loathes.
But it's not like we see you eavesdropping on TheoCons who want to blow up Planned Parenthood clinics. You prefer antiwar Quakers who are intrinsically nonviolent. Or maybe you'd prefer Al Gore's non campaign offices.
The Constitution is in crisis as long as these people would rule us all.
Elsewhere we find hearsay can lead to execution, without ever being able to look at the evidence against you.
