Far from being a real progressive liberal, Obama is a neoliberal of the Chicago School of economics.
If you don't know what that means, it's important you read that wikipedia link carefully.
The Company's love of the Chicago School as the academic basis of its drive to oligarchy has been central since the CIA used Milton Friedman's tenets to justify Pinochet in Chile.
So take it to heart. Despite what he says, Obama wants to gut Social Security. Remember, these people feel morally justified in lying to the proles to implement their economic policies.
There is no Social Security crisis. But don't take our word for it. Read the offical .gov paper on it [.pdf].
This is social engineering by self-important sockpuppettes, Republican and Democrat. Neither have the electorate's well-being in mind. Both serve an ideology of self-interest.
