Michael Moore has it right.
"We're going to decrease the troops by increasing the troops" because, you know, war is peace.
He's also right about why the "surge" in Iraq "worked". We moved out of the cities and bought off the Sunni. Who are we going to buy off in Afghanistan? The opium growers and the international crime cartels?
