I'm not a big WTO fan either, but this site is NOT the WTO's site; it's a very bad (possibly even seriously libelous) parody. The REAL WTO site's news page looks like this.
Did you notice the site's name is "gatt.org"? The WTO hasn't been known as GATT for many years.
While slavery probably is an acceptable economic option for the WTO, I hope you realize that the article itself is satire.
