It seems pretty clear what happened to all those videotaped interrogation sessions the CIA "lost". They were remixed for a "Greatest Hits" compilation. You can probably find 'em in Junior's collection.
This writes itself:
...Mr. Bush vetoed a bill that would have explicitly prohibited the agency from using interrogation methods like waterboarding, a technique in which restrained prisoners are threatened with drowning and that has been the subject of intense criticism at home and abroad. Many such techniques are prohibited by the military and law enforcement agencies...
There was someplace else it was prohibited. What could it be?
Oh, yeah:
ART.VIII. Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.
Bu$hie has ensured himself a leagacy right up there with Torquemada.
Torture's totally ineffective at procuring useful information, but absolutely effective at getting people to tell you what you want to hear. Especially if you like screaming.
