Your candidate still sucks, but let's remember the Republicans have chosen a deranged fossil who wants everyone to die in eternal war, doesn't understand or care about the economy or healthcare, and can't tell his pruny old ass from Iran or Al Qaeda. Oh, and who for utterly cynical political reasons cavorts with religious maniacs who hate gays and Catholics and are openly cheering for the end of the world.
Just sayin'.

So good to know that the best we can hope for is a candidate who still sucks and will likely suck throughout his or her entire Presidency. It is better than the Republican alternative, but how long will we continue to put our faith in the Democratic Party when candidates like this are what they give us? We know what to expect from the Democrats and we know we'll be disappointed many many times in the next four or eight years as we get our hopes up and see them dashed repeatedly by the supposedly "good" party.
Extremely Disillusioned
I still can't believe Edwards couldn't garner enough support to keep his candidacy afloat. He was the lone candidate I felt comfortable with.
He did come closest to it, didn't he?
So many odd things about the Amerikan $electoral process.
So many complacent people ready to think odd things about you if you point out the odd things they believe.
