Let's do the mind warp again.

...It's just a jump to the left...

It's amazing how the same loons who go along with a President who pushed war in Iraq even though it was completely uninvolved with 9-11 and without weapons of mass destruction want to impeach a man for getting laid outside of their mores.

So why don't the Feds check out Vicki Iseman?

They could use their mighty Homeland Security wiretap database to check out the morality of a number of public figures, not just Spitzer.

’Cause I’m pretty sure there’s some kinky non-Christian fornicatin’ going on there somewhere.

Oh, that’s right. Since she’s a Republican, she already checks out, since she got checked out by McCain himself...

...And then a step to the right...

Speaking of mind warps, like Atrios sez, Ruh Roh... looks like his watch is officially over, so when do the fireworks start?

It's not like Fallon was exactly a flower childe:

...As we noted here the other day, the magazine's view of Fallon as some kind of secret peacenik was laughable: after all, Fallon, as head of U.S. Central Command, has been directing Bush's murderous and illegal Terror War actions in Iraq, Afghanistan and Somalia for the past year. Multitudes of innocent people have died in the imperial satrapy under his command. And while it's true that he voiced some disagreement over the timing and tactics of the White House's bellicose approach to Iran, he also made his true opinion of the possibility of an assault on Iran abundantly clear, telling Esquire: "These guys are ants. When the time comes, you crush them..."

Yes, Fallon is an Admiral of the Centurion school: you win by defeating your enemies.

He didn't like the idea of a war with Iran right now because he likes to win.

Obviously he has a different idea of what winning means than Bu$hCo-Cheneyburton, who win with every round fired, and every dollar the price of oil rises.

...It's so dreamy, oh fantasy free me
So you can't see me, no not at all
In another dimension, with voyeuristic intention
Well-secluded, I see all
With a bit of a mind flip
You're there in the time slip
And nothing can ever be the same
You're spaced out on sensation, like you're under sedation
Let's do the Time Warp again!
