Is that an actual sentence from the Greek corpus, or did you merely translate "chaos is the plan" in to Greek?

It seemed to me a classic theme in human history.
Greece had technological and social advances hundreds of years ahead of the early Roman Republic, and a couple of thousand ahead of our own.
Intellectual nightfall is a tragedy on a cultural scale.
It is about time someone translated it for them. Even if it is a little late for them, if enough people hear the meme, it might help us.
